About This Role
- Lead and grow a scrum team of senior and junior software engineers focused on backend, full-stack, and platform components.
- Provide technical and architectural leadership for scalable, cloud-native distributed systems and drive adoption of AI-assisted development and modern engineering best practices.
- Collaborate with product management and stakeholders to deliver high-quality software and drive operational excellence for production systems impacting millions of users.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field.
- 10+ years of software development experience including 2–4 years in engineering leadership or management roles.
- Strong experience building scalable distributed systems and cloud-native applications.
- Hands-on expertise with C++, Node.js, and TypeScript.

- Experienced engineering manager with a track record of leading cross-functional scrum teams delivering backend, full-stack, or platform solutions at scale.
- Technical leader comfortable partnering with principal engineers and architects on system architecture and platform strategy.
- Familiarity with AI-driven development tools and a proactive approach to integrating data, AI, and automation into software delivery processes.
