About This Role
- Define and evolve agile and lean portfolio ways of working, including standards and delivery frameworks, across DPTF.
- Lead scaled agile practice adoption, coach multiple agile roles and leaders, and provide professional leadership to federated Principal Release Train Engineers to enhance delivery maturity.
- Oversee embedding of lean portfolio management, delivery orchestration at scale, agile maturity measurement, and promote AI-assisted delivery practices to improve flow and quality.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10 years experience in agile delivery, agile coaching, or delivery transformation with exposure to large-scale multi-team environments.
- Proven capability in defining agile ways of working, leading scaled agile framework adoption tailored to organizational context, and embedding lean portfolio management.
- Experience coaching Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters, senior leaders, and measuring delivery maturity using evidence-based approaches.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted delivery practices and tools.
