About This Role
- Consolidate and report operational and financial data for DPTF, ensuring accurate spend, forecast, and operational health insights for leadership.
- Manage monthly and quarterly financial cycles including forecast collection, variance analysis, and period end reporting to meet enterprise finance deadlines.
- Identify, implement, and maintain process automation and optimization in business operations reporting, including AI-enabled analytics, ensuring repeatable and reliable reporting workflows.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years experience in technology finance, business operations, financial analysis, or management reporting roles.
- Experience running monthly and quarterly financial cycles aligned to external finance timetables.
- Proven ability to consolidate financial and operational data from multiple teams into a single, accurate view and produce cost transparency reporting.
- Familiarity with financial/reporting systems and AI-enabled analytics for consolidation and variance analysis.

- Experienced in managing complex financial operations and reporting cycles in a technology or biopharma environment, with a focus on accuracy and timeliness.
- Strong analytical orientation with a track record of automating and simplifying recurring financial and operational reporting processes.
- Skilled in communicating financial insights clearly to non-finance stakeholders and supporting senior leadership decision-making through data-driven operational insights.
