About This Role
- Manage the enterprise portfolio governance and planning cycle for DPTF, ensuring structured intake, assessment, and prioritisation of technology demand.
- Facilitate quarterly planning cycles and governance forums, ensuring completeness and quality of business case inputs, and recording decisions with follow-up to closure.
- Maintain integrated portfolio roadmap, surface cross-domain dependencies, provide reporting on demand and investment, and ensure consistent portfolio standards across federated domain teams.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years in portfolio management, programme or project leadership, or investment planning within technology or digital functions.
- Experience with portfolio intake, demand structuring, prioritisation, and business case assessment in a large organisation.
- Proven ability to facilitate governance forums with senior stakeholders and manage cross-domain dependencies.
- Familiarity with portfolio tooling and applying AI-enabled analytics for forecasting and reporting.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in operating within a federated portfolio model, aggregating distributed domain portfolios into a unified enterprise view and applying central standards.
- Strong analytical and facilitation skills to structure complex demand and run senior governance forums effectively.
- Detail-oriented and organised with the ability to manage concurrent planning cycles and challenge incomplete inputs constructively without formal authority.
