About This Role
- Design, build, automate, and maintain modern engineering platforms using infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted engineering to enable faster, secure, and reliable application delivery.
- Engineer platform reliability by defining SLOs, ensuring observability, automating toil reduction, and integrating partner/managed service components to the platform standards.
- Mentor and lead engineers including partners, uphold engineering and secure-by-default standards, contribute to incident response, and manage platform backlog including technical debt and automation work.
Minimum Requirements
- 6-8 years of platform, infrastructure or software engineering experience including at least 2 years as senior technical lead in a team.
- Proven DevOps/Cloud Engineer experience with container orchestration skills (AKS, GKE), hands-on Kubernetes deployments with Docker, YAML, Helm charts.
- Practical experience with infrastructure-as-code tools (e.g., Terraform) used in production environments and experience with AI-assisted engineering tooling evaluation.
- Expertise with GitHub, GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps; Skilled in building self-service platforms adopted without hand-holding; experience defining SLOs and automating toil removal.

- Comfortable working with cross-functional teams and third-party partners integrating managed service components while enforcing consistent engineering standards.
