About This Role
- Design, build, and automate the quality engineering platform infrastructure using infrastructure-as-code and AI-assisted engineering to enable faster, secure, and reliable software delivery.
- Set and uphold testing and quality standards; build and maintain platform test automation, mentoring engineers and integrating partner components to ensure consistent code quality and reliability.
- Engineer reliability by defining SLOs, instrumenting for observability, automating toil reduction, contributing to incident response and platform backlog prioritization aligned with platform OKRs.
Minimum Requirements
- 8-10+ years experience in cloud, platform, DevSecOps or software engineering with senior/principal authority on testing.
- Strong expertise in Test Automation scripts, Testing Frameworks (SIT, Regression, Unit), API/UI Testing, IAC Testing, and Test Data Strategies.
- Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code (e.g., Terraform), Kubernetes and container platforms (AKS/GKE, Docker, Helm), CI/CD tools (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps), and cloud security architecture.
- Experience with AI-assisted engineering tools, defining SLOs, observability instrumentation, engineering automation, and secure platform/self-service capability design.

- Senior-level engineer comfortable leading platform quality engineering efforts with hands-on coding and automation expertise across cloud native and DevSecOps environments.
- Experienced working with multi-stakeholder teams and external managed-service partners to integrate and assure platform components at enterprise scale.
- Practices automation-first mindset, disciplined code review, technical mentorship, and customer-oriented platform engineering focusing on reliability and usability.
