About This Role
- Own and drive the vertical's north star metric (% 1st Outcome) by setting strategy and roadmap that balances margin, efficiency, and member experience.
- Lead and grow product leaders with clear ownership per workstream, establishing accountable PM/Engineering Manager pairs without ambiguity.
- Partner closely with Engineering, Design, Data, Risk & Compliance, and Commercial teams to align priorities, run planning and reviews, and leverage data and AI for funnel optimization and automation.
Minimum Requirements
- 8+ years in product management, including 3+ years leading product managers or product leads.
- Experience with product decisions tied to revenue, margin, and unit economics.
- Data-native with comfort in funnel analytics, experimentation, and BI tools.
- Technical fluency sufficient to engage confidently on APIs, integrations, and data flows.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader managing product managers in a multi-market environment, including scaling new markets such as India.
- Strong commercial acumen combined with data-driven decision making and technical collaboration skills.
- Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders across functions and regions without direct authority, with prior fintech, lending, or regulated financial services experience preferred but not required.
