About This Role
- Develop and maintain user interfaces for ArangoDB open-source database and Arango Data Platform focused on developer and data team users.
- Build and modernize frontend features including graph visualization, data exploration, developer tooling, and AI-powered dashboards using React and TypeScript.
- Own feature development lifecycle from requirements gathering through shipping, iterating and collaborate closely with backend and AI/ML engineers for API integration.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of frontend development experience with strong skills in JavaScript, React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS.
- Experience with or basic understanding of BackboneJS and jQuery.
- Authorized to work in India and reside there; remote work with some travel required.
- Good understanding of UX principles and API-based frontend development.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Comfortable working across diverse product areas including graph visualization and AI-driven UI components.
- Able to take ownership of features from design through deployment and iteration, contributing UX judgement beyond coding.
- Capable of navigating and improving complex legacy codebases and collaborating cross-functionally with designers and backend teams.
