About This Role
- Manage and support core IT infrastructure including Windows and Linux servers, focusing on provisioning, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting.
- Monitor infrastructure health, availability, capacity, performance, and resolve incidents and service requests within SLAs.
- Participate in infrastructure automation, migration, modernization projects, and collaborate with cross-functional teams for project implementation and operational support.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 10+ years of industry experience with at least 3 years in software development using Python and Go.
- Experience in Linux server administration and shell scripting.
- Experience with infrastructure automation tools such as Ansible.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing hybrid cloud environments including AWS, GCP, or Azure, and container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes.
- Skilled in automation and scripting to support infrastructure operations and deployments.
- Able to balance business-as-usual operations with project deliverables while maintaining strong problem-solving and communication capabilities.
