About This Role
- Responsible for upgrading client applications to latest Duck Creek Billing base versions and ensuring seamless functionality post-upgrade.
- Analyze client code to identify deviations and assess impact based on release notes, developing low-impact upgrade paths using Duck Creek tools.
- Debug custom and base code, triage issues with customer teams, and leverage AI tools to automate upgrade and certification processes.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science strongly preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of related industry experience in system development and implementation.
- Hands-on experience with Duck Creek Billing product, including billing concepts: billing forms, billing plans, payment processing, transactions.
- Technical skills: C#, .NET, SQL Server, XML/XSLT, REST/SOAP APIs, SQL query development, stored procedures, and Duck Creek configuration extensibility.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with product upgrades, customizations, and integrations in the Duck Creek Billing and P&C insurance domain.
- Strong analytical, debugging skills and ability to independently manage upgrade-related tasks and risk communication.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle and integration points between Duck Creek Billing and external systems like payment gateways or general ledger.
