About This Role
- Manage and support AWS cloud infrastructure, including provisioning and automation with Terraform.
- Develop and maintain containerized deployment solutions using Docker and Kubernetes, including CI/CD pipeline support.
- Coordinate with Japanese customers and technical teams for requirements gathering, issue resolution, and status updates, and maintain technical documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in DevOps, cloud infrastructure, or related engineering roles.
- Proficiency in AWS services (EC2, S3, IAM, VPC, Lambda, ECR, CloudWatch).
- Mandatory Japanese language skill: JLPT N3 certification or higher required for customer and technical team communication.
- Technical expertise in Terraform, Docker, Kubernetes, scripting (Shell/Bash, Python), CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GitHub Actions), and monitoring/logging tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, ELK).
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex cloud infrastructure with strong operational ownership in AWS environments.
- Capable of bridging technical communication between Japanese-speaking stakeholders and technical teams, with fluent Japanese reading and conversation skills.
- Highly skilled in automating deployments, container orchestration, and troubleshooting performance and infrastructure issues effectively.
