About This Role
- Lead engineering decision-making and execution for backend systems under your ownership.
- Define and maintain production system hygiene and ensure health of business owned by your team.
- Manage stakeholder relations and build a high-performing engineering team through hiring and mentoring.
Minimum Requirements
- 14+ years of software development experience with 4+ years in managerial leadership roles.
- BTech, MTech, or PhD in Computer Science or related technical discipline (or equivalent).
- Proven experience designing and implementing large-scale distributed systems.
- Experience managing software development teams and driving architecture design.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced leader capable of driving engineering best practices and processes in fast-paced environments.
- Strong capability in stakeholder management across business, product, operations, and vendors.
- Background in startups or rapidly scaling technology organizations preferred.
