About This Role
- Support financial accounting activities including ledger maintenance, financial statements, and regulatory report preparation for lines of business and control functions.
- Perform timely review, reconciliation, and accounting of Gratuity Trust transactions and support monthly balance sheet reconciliations and fixed asset verifications.
- Collaborate with teams to resolve issues, ensure compliance with internal controls, and support execution of finance-related vendor governance and risk management activities.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ months experience in Finance, Accounting, Analytics, Financial Reporting, Accounting Reporting or Risk Reporting, or equivalent through experience, training, military, or education.
- Proficiency in Microsoft suite; familiarity with AI concepts/usage preferred.
- Shift: 1:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with 3 days in-office mandatory.
- Chartered Accountant or Cost Accountant with exposure to Accounting standards (IFRS/IndAS) preferred but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in detailed accounting processes including bank transaction reconciliation, balance sheet reconciliation, and fixed asset verification.
- Familiar with regulatory and internal control compliance in financial reporting environments.
- Operates well under structured schedules including defined shift timings and partial office presence requirements.
