About This Role
- Lead daily, weekly, and monthly accounting activities within a financial shared services function, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Establish, maintain, and review accounting systems, procedures, reconciliations, and controls to safeguard financial information integrity.
- Manage, coach, and develop a finance team while partnering with internal stakeholders to support service delivery and issue resolution.
Minimum Requirements
- University degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum 8 years progressive experience in accounting, controllership, or financial shared services.
- Proven experience managing or leading a team in finance or accounting environment.
- Strong knowledge of accounting processes, reconciliations, journal entries, controls, and close activities.

- Experienced in shared services or high-volume finance operational environments with a strong control discipline.
- Demonstrates ability to manage multiple priorities, maintain quality, and meet deadlines under operational pressure.
- Able to implement process improvements, drive standardization, and support audit and compliance activities within a global or multi-site context.
