About This Role
- Deliver high-quality lease abstraction and administration services independently with minimal supervision.
- Liaise internally to obtain and verify lease documentation, abstract critical information, and maintain accuracy in lease database systems.
- Document processes, train new team members, conduct audits, and support team collaboration to meet operational deadlines and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in lease abstraction, preferably in commercial real estate leases.
- University graduate degree required.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook) and property management/lease administration systems.
- On-site work location: Gurugram.
