About This Role
- Analyse client finance operations to recommend and implement improvements in operating models, processes, and technology.
- Advise Finance executives and CFOs on strategies to support enterprise-wide decision-making, finance transformation, and stakeholder management.
- Lead projects in finance strategy, process re-engineering, fast close/reporting, performance measurement, and budgeting/planning enhancement for clients.
Minimum Requirements
- 5-12 years of relevant experience in consulting and/or industry post qualification.
- CA qualified (1st attempt preferred) or postgraduate degree in Finance from a premium institute preferred.
- Prior experience managing end-to-end client engagements and teams.
- Location flexibility covering Bangalore, Delhi, Mumbai with extensive travel requirements.

- Experienced in finance transformation and finance strategy consulting roles involving client-facing advisory and operational leadership.
- Strong capability in assessing and improving finance function performance, processes, and technology adoption.
- Comfortable operating in dynamic, travel-intensive consulting environment with responsibility for significant client impact.
