About This Role
- Design and develop complex software solutions across multiple systems within a product line, incorporating user/customer requirements.
- Act as the primary technical liaison for external technology teams and provide input into project plans and schedules.
- Mentor junior developers and lead resolution of technical coding and architectural challenges.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in React front-end development, Java development with open-source technologies including Apache Camel and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience with AWS Cloud technologies: ECS, S3, SQS, Step Functions, Lambda/serverless, CloudFormation, and AWS database management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in software security vulnerability remediation, test-driven development, and complex bug fixes in Java environments.
- Skilled in payment processing technologies and integration of payment web services.
- Comfortable working with Agile methodologies and managing internal and external technical teams to solve complex business and technical problems.
