About This Role
- Deliver and support SAP FICO and Project System solutions including GL, AR, AP, AA, Banking, CCA, IO, PCA, COPA modules to meet business needs.
- Design, document, test, and implement enhancements, reports, interfaces, conversions, and forms in SAP financial systems.
- Collaborate with business functions and IT teams to optimize SAP financial processes and ensure compliance with Change Control and SOPs.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, MBA Finance, or relevant business discipline.
- Minimum 10+ years of hands-on SAP experience including S4 HANA configuration in FICO and Project System modules with cross-functional skills.
- Experience in 1-2 full lifecycle SAP FICO and Project System implementations.
- Willingness to work on-site in Pune with up to 10% travel including international.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions and process improvements within finance and controlling domains.
- Experienced in working collaboratively across cross-functional teams and liaising between business SMEs and technical teams, including offshore resources.
- Strong background in SAP financial modules integration (FICO, Project System, logistics modules) and understanding of SAP Authorization and ABAP.
