About This Role
- Own Jira and Confluence administration with 3-5 years hands-on experience, including Atlassian migration or instance consolidation projects.
- Support planned migration cutovers, maintenance windows, and ensure successful migration milestone acceptance with validated data and minimal disruption.
- Manage secure configurations, timely issue resolution, and complete handover to improve user adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 3-5 years of hands-on Jira and Confluence administration experience with Atlassian migration or instance consolidation (data center/Cloud).
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, or equivalent.
- Willingness to work rotational UK/US shifts supporting migration cutovers and maintenance windows.
- Work Experience Required: 3-5 years in relevant Atlassian administration roles.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in large-scale Atlassian migrations and enterprise identity management tools.
- Familiarity with scripting languages like Python or PowerShell and IT service/change management processes.
- Has Atlassian certifications or experience with Atlassian Guard, focused on secure configurations and minimal user disruption.
