About This Role
- Manage and optimize Q2’s Atlassian Cloud platform including administration, configuration, integrations, workflows, and reporting.
- Translate business needs into scalable, secure SaaS application solutions across enterprise-wide applications supporting multiple business units.
- Develop and maintain custom reports, manage roles and permissions, troubleshoot application issues, and provide user training and documentation.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in SaaS platform administration and application support.
- Experience with Atlassian tools and scripting (Forge, Groovy) and proficiency in SQL and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Strong understanding of SaaS concepts, integrations, workflows, security, and database/data validation standards.
