About This Role
- Manage delivery of multiple SAP and Non-SAP AMS engagements including various in-flight programs, ensuring seamless delivery within scope, time, and budget.
- Lead large, complex SAP-enabled transformation programs (S/4HANA and related cloud solutions), maintaining program governance, delivery quality, risk management, and client relationship across full lifecycle.
- Create project plans, drive project governance, manage cross-functional onshore and offshore teams, including hiring and project invoicing.
Minimum Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in consulting or industry with strong focus on SAP programs, including managing AMS engagements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or any Graduate; MBA is also listed under degrees/field of study required.
- Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
- Mandatory skill: Lead SAP-enabled transformation programs, responsible at C-suite client level.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced at managing large, strategic SAP transformation programs with end-to-end program governance and client engagement at executive (C-suite) level.
- Capable of leading and coordinating cross-functional, multi-location teams (both onshore and offshore).
- Strong operational leadership skills in project management within SAP environments, including AMS and program delivery.
