About This Role
- Design, develop, and optimize end-to-end machine learning models and pipelines to solve complex business problems.
- Deploy and maintain ML models at scale on AWS, ensuring performance, availability, and fault tolerance.
- Manage data engineering tasks including building ETL pipelines for large-scale structured and unstructured data to support ML operations.
Minimum Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in machine learning engineering or applied ML.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Statistics, Mathematics, or related quantitative field (Master of Engineering or Bachelor of Engineering specified).
- Strong proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX.
- Hands-on experience with AWS cloud services for production ML deployment.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in end-to-end ML pipeline design including data ingestion, feature engineering, model training, deployment, monitoring, and retraining.
- Skilled in both ML model development and robust software engineering practices, including system design and algorithms.
- Demonstrates ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership.
