About This Role
- Own complex software design and development across multiple systems within a product line, contributing directly to project plans and schedules.
- Serve as the primary technical liaison for external technology resources and customers, translating user requests into technical solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and lead in resolving coding and technical issues, including complex bug fixes and software optimization.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in front-end development with React and backend Java development including Apache Camel and Spring Boot.
- Proven experience with AWS Cloud technologies such as ECS, S3, SQS, Step Functions, Lambda/serverless, CloudFormation, and AWS database management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in Java security vulnerability remediation, test-driven development, and architectural software principles.
- Demonstrated success working with payment processors and integrating payment web services.
- Ability to coordinate and collaborate effectively with both internal and external technology teams, managing complex technical challenges and stakeholder communication.
