About This Role
- Audit and validate labeling annotation data ensuring accuracy and adherence to guidelines.
- Monitor quality KPIs such as Right First Time rates and rework triggers, driving monthly governance cycles.
- Identify errors, perform root cause analysis, and translate data trends into actionable process improvements while ensuring regulatory compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, or relevant field (or equivalent experience).
- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, root-cause analysis, or quality assurance.
- Experience in FMCG, Pharma, or Healthcare domains is mandatory.
- Proficiency in PowerBI, Python, Analytics, Visualization, ETL, and Data Modeling techniques.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience working with APAC and/or EMEA markets, indicating capability in multi-regional projects.
- Strong analytical skills with ability to manage quality KPIs and lead governance cycles.
- Comfortable leading non-conformance (NC) programs and driving cross-team process improvements.
