About This Role
- Lead technical strategy and roadmap development, incorporating AI-driven tools to enhance engineering workflows and product innovation.
- Provide hands-on technical leadership through coding, code reviews, and collaborating on system design and architecture.
- Drive engineering process improvements, maintain high code quality and system reliability, and mentor engineering talent for growth and independent decision-making.
Minimum Requirements
- 7+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years hands-on coding in large-scale applications and 1+ year of people management.
- Proficient in backend programming languages such as Go, PHP, Python, C++, or Java; experience with Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Experience designing, building, and operating distributed systems processing large data volumes.
- Location requirement: Bangalore.
