About This Role
- Lead delivery of Bill-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay operations for LATAM market, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and compliance with SLAs and KPIs.
- Manage daily operational performance and a team of 8–10 finance operations professionals, driving continuous improvement and process automation using tools like SAP and Serrala.
- Own key metrics such as Days Sales Outstanding, billing accuracy, claims aging, and cash application accuracy to maintain financial stability and operational excellence.
Minimum Requirements
- Experience in collections, accounts receivable, or order-to-cash processes within global business services or shared services environments.
- Proven leadership experience managing operational teams and driving performance improvements.
- Familiarity with digital tools such as SAP and Serrala for process standardization and automation.
- Location: Bangalore, India with a hybrid working model.
