About This Role
- Oversee travel claims settlement process including domestic and international claims as well as petty cash voucher settlement ensuring compliance with policy.
- Approve claims, allocate tasks, prepare MIS reports, and handle queries from team members and employees via emails and calls.
- Coordinate with Helpdesk and audit teams, drive process improvements including automation and digitalization, and ensure quality response resolution for queries and complaints.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in operations or claims management.
- Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) degree is mandatory.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and Outlook.
- Work Experience Required: 3 - 5 years.

- Experienced in operation MIS, claims management, and claims resolution processes.
- Capable of coordinating between teams and managing audits and employee communications effectively.
- Strong understanding of employee-related accounting and basic finance concepts, with process improvement orientation.
