About This Role
- Lead strategic risk assessment and reporting for BGSW focusing on identifying and measuring strategic and disruptive risks.
- Conduct industry market research to analyze strategic risks and independently execute risk projects with business units.
- Drive risk awareness through communication, mandatory training, workshops, and collaboration with leadership including BU heads in India.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (BE/B.Tech) mandatory.
- Minimum 10-12 years work experience in technical Engineering and IT (non-commercial) at Bosch, with mandatory prior experience in risk identification or reporting.
- Experience in program/project handling and delivery using Agile and traditional methods; development and testing skills in software and platform domains such as Mobility, Cyber Security, GenAI, and BD/SX.
- Hands-on experience with RB Tools for project management and senior stakeholder management exposure.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in strategic risk management specifically within BGSW/RBW technical domains and familiar with Bosch risk concepts.
- Capable of independently managing complex risk projects and engaging with senior leadership for risk-related decision-making.
- Practical knowledge of software development, testing, and emerging technology domains relevant to risk in Mobility, Cyber Security, GenAI, and BD/SX.
