About This Role
- Architect and design flagship metadata software with focus on platform scalability, consistency, and reliability.
- Translate business requirements into technical roadmaps; actively develop software modules and systems up to 60% of the time.
- Own platform architecture, technology choices, best practices enforcement, and cross-team integration to ensure seamless data flow and high performance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 10+ years professional software development experience including designing and scaling enterprise applications from scratch.
- Proficiency in Java/Python frameworks (e.g., Spring, Hibernate), RESTful APIs, microservices architecture, and messaging queue concepts.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker, Kubernetes), CI/CD, SDLC practices, and strong knowledge of SQL & NoSQL datastores.

- Experienced senior-level engineer with strong architectural skills and ownership of platform design and technology strategy.
- Able to bridge product and engineering translating vague requirements into concrete scalable solutions in a complex, multi-technology environment.
- Proactive in driving engineering best practices, mentoring senior engineers, and coordinating cross-functional teams including data science, DevOps, and frontend.
