About This Role
- Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable full-stack web applications and distributed systems including frontend, backend, and cloud infrastructure.
- Provide technical leadership, mentorship, define coding standards, conduct code reviews, and drive engineering best practices.
- Drive end-to-end system design including APIs, microservices, cloud infrastructure, and optionally integrate AI-driven features.
Minimum Requirements
- 8–10 years of software engineering experience with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI preferred) OR Java, ReactJS, TypeScript, REST and GraphQL APIs, AWS, Docker, and Kubernetes.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Work Experience Required: 8–10 years including 3+ years technical leadership role.

- Experienced in full-stack development with strong backend skills and cloud-native infrastructure design.
- Proven ability to lead engineering teams, enforce coding standards, and manage end-to-end delivery.
- Familiarity or interest in integrating AI tools and intelligent systems into software products.
