About This Role
- Lead and manage end-to-end technical customer-facing projects, including discovery, scoping, planning, execution, testing, implementation, and support.
- Own critical customer communications such as strategy sessions, status updates, risk management, and executive stakeholder engagement across multiple concurrent initiatives.
- Perform technical tasks including SQL data analysis, troubleshooting, and Python scripting to support project delivery and resolve complex issues.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, science, or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, healthcare IT, implementation, and data migration.
- Proficiency in SQL for data querying and analysis; Python scripting experience preferred.
- Experience in US healthcare, health IT, or EHR-related work is mandatory.
