About This Role
- Provide basic to comprehensive data management expertise to support efficient, quality clinical data management deliverables.
- Serve as Data Operations Coordinator for small protocols or lead specific data management tasks such as coding, testing, or database design under supervision.
- May conduct data reviews, write and resolve data clarifications, lead database audit teams, and participate in database development and testing.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in clinical, biological, mathematical sciences or related field, or equivalent education/training/experience.
- 1 to 6 years of core clinical data management experience.
- Exposure to medical terminology required.
- Experience with Startup, Conduct, Closeout phases and Medidata RAVE/RAVE, VEEVA platforms mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience handling protocols of small teams (<5 operations staff) or 15+ easy to moderately complex central laboratory studies.
- Operating well within a structured clinical data management team environment under leadership guidance.
- Ability to work independently on assigned responsibilities such as database testing, coding, or leading audit teams with moderate supervision.
