About This Role
- Lead strategy and execution of technology and AI initiatives to improve operational efficiency and client value within the account.
- Advise internal teams and client on AI, machine learning, and advanced analytics solutions, ensuring technology aligns with client business objectives and contractual obligations.
- Develop AI-enhanced performance management frameworks and advanced analytics capabilities, including data governance and predictive insights to drive proactive operational improvements.
Minimum Requirements
- Work Experience Required: Experience managing complex technology projects or portfolios, preferably regional or global, in technology, AI, or analytics domains.
- Location: Must be willing to work onsite in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
- Technical Skills: Strong skills in data analytics, business intelligence, and conceptual understanding of AI and machine learning principles.
- Domain Experience: Commercial property or facilities management sector experience is desirable but not mandatory.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technology strategist with proven ability to manage multiple strategic AI and technology initiatives simultaneously in complex, geographically dispersed teams.
- Demonstrated capability in client advisory roles working across organizational levels from entry to senior leadership.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinker able to translate complex business needs into scalable AI/technology solutions, with hands-on understanding of data governance, risk, and compliance.
