About This Role
- Strategically manage placement and migration of work across Global Shared Services Centre locations to ensure operational efficiency and alignment with service delivery models.
- Develop and execute location and site optimization strategies supporting business needs and enforce compliance with work placement principles and standards.
- Lead and make decisions on work migration projects based on service catalogue to reduce fragmentation and maintain consistency, including impact analysis and resource planning for business intelligence.
Minimum Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in Transition Management, Migrations, and Project Management including leading large transition projects (150+ FTE).
- Certified Prince2 Practitioner or PMP certification is mandatory; Lean Six Sigma preferred.
- Experience in global business environment with strong stakeholder management and complex transition project management skills.
- Work Experience Required: 7-10 years relevant experience in Transition Management and Project Management.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in handling large scale work migration and transition projects within global shared services or similar environments.
- Skilled in strategic decision-making balancing service catalogue, operational priorities, and compliance.
- Proficient in project management frameworks (Prince2/PMP), with additional Lean Six Sigma or Scrum Master certification as advantageous.
