About This Role
- Plan and track container movement daily using efficient routing to ensure time-sensitive cargo delivery.
- Coordinate and resolve operational issues with Contract Drivers, customers, and terminal personnel to meet service levels and deadlines.
- Manage documentation, equipment tracking, cost control, and system updates related to container logistics and transport modalities.
Minimum Requirements
- Any Graduate degree required.
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in operations/logistics.
- Experience working with SAP TMS and MS Office is mandatory; Case Management experience is a plus.
- Work Experience Required: 2-3 years in related field.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in landside operations including coordination of truck, rail, and barge transport.
- Able to work independently within established guidelines while handling operational problems and escalations.
- Proficient in technical and administrative tasks supporting logistics operations with knowledge of standardized workflows.
