About This Role
- Architect and own the end-to-end design of large-scale distributed financial data processing systems ensuring scalability, reliability, and performance.
- Lead technical strategy and execution across multiple domains, overseeing multi-team projects for timely, high-quality delivery of complex systems.
- Mentor senior/mid-level engineers and collaborate cross-division to drive architectural excellence, innovation, and system optimizations.
Minimum Requirements
- 10+ years professional software development experience; 5+ years in architecture or principal engineering roles.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical discipline.
- Proven expertise in designing large-scale distributed systems and microservices, with knowledge of event-driven data streaming platforms (Kafka, AWS Kinesis, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with public cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), including multi-region deployments and cost optimization.

- Experienced technical leader skilled at driving architectural vision and influencing multiple teams without direct authority.
- Deep domain knowledge in financial or analytics platform distributed systems with strong operational ownership.
- Proficient in modern programming languages (Java, Python, Go) and complex system performance tuning at scale.
