About This Role
- Develop and own scalable, responsive frontend features for Genesys Cloud products using React or Vue.js and TypeScript/JavaScript.
- Collaborate across Product, UX, Backend, and QA teams to translate requirements into high-quality UI experiences focusing on usability, performance, and maintainability.
- Drive frontend architecture improvements, testing, and optimizations to enhance web performance and engineering quality at scale.
Minimum Requirements
- 3 to 5 years of software engineering experience with strong frontend/UI development expertise.
- Proficiency in React or Vue.js frameworks and TypeScript or JavaScript.
- Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, responsive design, UI architecture, state management, and design patterns.
- Experience with REST API integration, unit/UI/automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and modern software development practices.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience building cloud-based SaaS products or familiarity with Genesys Cloud or similar platforms.
- Ability to independently take features from concept through delivery within distributed, collaborative teams.
- Exposure to web accessibility standards, Agile development environments, and AI-assisted development tools is a plus.
