About This Role
- Own coordination of stock levels and asset management between client, OEM partners, and suppliers including forecasting, bulk orders, and catalogue validation.
- Maintain and update DSS Database with service bundles, hardware profiles, stock thresholds, and foundational data; ensure alignment with client ITSM and OEM catalogues.
- Manage logistics and issue resolution for shipments, asset discrepancies, emergency stock, and contract SLA ticket monitoring, while supporting invoicing and escalations.
Minimum Requirements
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience.
- 2-4 years relevant experience.
- Experience with hardware asset coordination, stock management, and procurement processes.
- Work Experience Required: 2-4 years relevant experience.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in managing complex relationships and coordination among multiple stakeholders including clients, OEM partners, and suppliers.
- Data-driven and detail-oriented, capable of maintaining and validating technical databases and inventories.
- Able to independently manage forecasting, procurement cycles, and escalations in a structured environment involving hardware lifecycle management.
