About This Role
- Serve as liaison between business and IT to translate complex business needs into application software requirements.
- Analyze end user needs and determine optimal business application software requirements to address these needs.
- Develop project plans, coordinate resources, ensure integration of requirements into system design and testing, and provide user support.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 4 to 8 years of experience in business analysis or related roles.
- Education: Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) and/or MBA/MTech.
- Strong preference for experience in Pharmacy Claims Audit and PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) software.
- Experience working in an Agile environment is strongly preferred.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced in healthcare domain with strong knowledge of Pharmacy Benefit Management and claims audit processes.
- Proficient in data analysis and issue resolution, preferably with SQL or similar analytical querying skills.
- Able to coordinate between technical teams and business users, driving project plans and requirement implementation in Agile settings.
