About This Role
- Manage inventory, order, and B2B management systems including stock levels, transportation costs, and delivery times.
- Oversee trade governance in daily operations such as order loading, billing, customs clearance, and invoice cancellation.
- Handle customer correspondence and collaborate with sales, customer service, and logistics to optimize purchasing and inventory control while ensuring procurement governance and compliance.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business, Operations, or Supply Chain, or equivalent experience.
- At least 5 years of buying or purchasing experience with supervisory experience preferred.
- Knowledge of customs clearance (domestic and global), INCO terms, payment terms, freight rates, inventory control, and Microsoft Office, Power BI, database and inventory software.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 5 years buying/purchasing experience with supervisory experience preferred.

- Experienced in managing trade governance and compliance in procurement and inventory controls.
- Capable of driving cost savings with proven track record in purchasing and inventory management.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration with sales, logistics, and customer service to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
