About This Role
- Lead complex software design and development projects across multiple systems including cross-functional products.
- Serve as primary technical interface for external technology partners and customers, translating user requirements into solutions.
- Mentor junior developers and provide expert guidance on coding, methodologies, and optimization techniques.
Minimum Requirements
- 9+ years of software engineering experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience required.
- Expertise in Java full stack development including React, Apache Camel, Spring Boot and AWS Cloud technologies (ECS, S3, SQS, Lambda, Step Functions).
- Experience with AWS DevOps, CloudFormation, database management, security vulnerability resolution, and payment web services integration.

- Extensive experience leading technical projects and interfacing with customers to deliver complex software products.
- Strong expertise in open-source Java technologies and AWS cloud infrastructure with a focus on scalable, secure solutions.
- Proven ability to mentor and lead internal and external technology teams in Agile environments, managing multiple complex projects simultaneously.
