About This Role
- Manage and expand sales presence and market share in the assigned territory focused on Portable Air Products.
- Develop and execute territory management plans, identify growth opportunities, and lead new business development including traditional and nontraditional channels.
- Oversee customer and channel engagement, conduct product demonstrations, manage dealer relationships, and ensure alignment with strategic sales initiatives and competitor tracking.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Mining or related field).
- 3–5 years of sales experience in Construction/Industrial/Capital Equipment sectors.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office; willingness to travel extensively within Raipur territory.
- On-site work required at Raipur office, India.
