About This Role
- Develop and implement comprehensive cost control strategies to improve operational efficiency and financial performance.
- Analyze spending patterns, conduct variance analysis, and prepare detailed cost reports and financial dashboards for senior management.
- Lead cost control projects, collaborate with departments to establish budgets, and ensure compliance with financial controls and policies.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate from Finance domain.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in cost accounting, cost control, or financial analysis.
- Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, and ERP/financial management software.
- Advanced Excel skills; strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experience managing cost control in manufacturing, operations, or supply chain environments is preferred.
- Ability to lead multiple projects and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
- Preferably familiar with business intelligence tools, data visualization software, and lean or Six Sigma cost optimization methodologies.
