About This Role
- Lead software engineering delivery across multiple global Digital Online programs and products, managing large distributed teams to ensure adherence to timelines, quality, and budgets.
- Drive adoption and governance of AI-assisted software engineering tools and platforms (e.g. GitHub Copilot, OpenAI APIs, Microsoft AI services) to enhance productivity and automation across coding, testing, and deployment.
- Partner with executive leadership and clients to define strategic roadmaps, present delivery metrics, and lead digital transformation initiatives leveraging cloud, AI, automation, and analytics.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in software engineering and delivery management.
- 5+ years experience in leadership managing enterprise-scale delivery programs and global distributed teams.
- Strong expertise with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), AI/ML tools, Agile and DevOps methodologies, and enterprise architecture.
