About This Role
- Lead design and delivery of secure, scalable, cloud-native AI and machine learning solutions on AWS for enterprise production.
- Provide technical leadership across AI/ML workflows, generative AI capabilities, MLOps/AIOps, and operational readiness for production environments.
- Line manage and develop software engineering team members including coaching, performance management, and capability building.
Minimum Requirements
- Minimum 10 years professional software engineering experience with hands-on cloud-based enterprise solutions delivery.
- Strong experience with AWS cloud services and AI/ML production engineering including LLM integration, embeddings, vector search, and retrieval-augmented generation.
- Proven experience in technical leadership of cloud architecture, API/microservices design, security, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and governance in enterprise environments.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, engineering, data science, artificial intelligence or equivalent practical experience.

- Experienced senior technical lead or engineering manager operating within enterprise technology environments with AI/ML focus.
- Demonstrated ability to align technical decisions with business outcomes, delivery priorities, and governance.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills able to explain complex AI, cloud, and software engineering concepts clearly to technical and non-technical audiences.
