About This Role
- Lead requirements gathering, scoping, and architectural decisions for large-scale, business-critical claims platform applications.
- Drive technical initiatives and engineering quality practices across multiple teams to ensure reliability, scalability, security, and operational excellence.
- Provide technical leadership and mentoring throughout the software development lifecycle including production troubleshooting and platform modernization.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field with 4 years experience in software engineering, OR 6 years experience in software engineering without degree.
- Strong technical expertise in Java, Python, JavaScript with frameworks like Next.js, Spring Boot, React.
- Experience with microservices, distributed systems, cloud platforms (Azure, AWS), REST APIs, and API Gateway.
- Work Experience Required: Minimum 4-6 years in software engineering roles.
