About This Role
- Own and lead cross-functional processing implementation projects involving technical and non-technical payment experts from Mastercard and customers.
- Serve as central point of contact for customers and Mastercard representatives for end-to-end execution of processing implementation projects.
- Define scope, plan, and manage multiple electronic payments processing implementation projects simultaneously, ensuring quality and reliability.
Minimum Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of Information Technology system knowledge with understanding of network technology, applications, and project management.
- Basic knowledge of payment transaction processing and industry business processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Willingness to work Night Shift – CST Timings (Non Negotiable).

- Experienced in managing cross-functional projects involving both technical and non-technical stakeholders in payments domain.
- Comfortable interacting with customers and managing multiple parallel projects under ambiguous and fast-changing conditions.
- Able to work effectively in matrixed organizations and cross-functional teams with capability to manage change in a technical environment.
