About This Role
- Own the Scrum process for assigned POD, ensuring timely and quality deliverables aligned with stakeholder expectations.
- Identify and navigate through impediments to maintain continuous progress towards sprint goals and group OKRs.
- Facilitate risk identification, mitigation, and monitoring while fostering a collaborative, high-performing, and positive team environment.
Minimum Requirements
- Certified Scrum Practitioner (CSP) or Professional Scrum Master certification mandatory.
- 5+ years of relevant experience working with agile methodologies.
- Bachelor of Engineering (BE/B.Tech) degree required.
- Work Experience Required: 5+ years. Other specific domain or technical experience not explicitly mandated but experience with Microsoft products (e.g., Dynamics) and data transformation is a plus.
