About This Role
- Lead design and development of Java-based enterprise applications with focus on Spring Boot and Microservices architecture.
- Ensure performance, scalability, and reliability of distributed systems, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Mentor development teams, enforce coding standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery for finance teams' digital systems adoption.
Minimum Requirements
- 9-15 years of work experience in software development with leadership on large implementation projects.
- Strong hands-on skills in Java (Streams, Lambdas, Parallel processing), Spring Boot, Microservices, JPA/Hibernate.
- Mandatory experience with Docker, Kafka/RabbitMQ, Elasticsearch, RDBMS, Jenkins, Maven, Git.
- Education: MCA or Bachelor in Engineering/Technology in Computer Science or IT from reputed institute.
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Experienced technology lead capable of managing end-to-end Java enterprise application delivery for digital finance systems.
- Strong background in designing scalable, reliable distributed systems using Java and microservices.
