About This Role
- Lead financial analysis and modeling to support Business Unit performance, forecasting, and strategic planning for an $800M annual sales group.
- Develop and maintain financial and business analytics dashboards and KPIs using tools like Tableau, Essbase, Python, R-Studio, or Excel to identify trends and optimize business outcomes.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, operations, sales, and leadership to provide actionable insights, manage budgets, control spend, and support investment decisions.
Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field mandatory.
- 1-5 years work experience in finance, business analytics, FP&A, or related roles; preferably in manufacturing industry.
- Advanced Excel skills and experience with financial modeling are required.
- Familiarity with tools such as Oracle 12 (OBIEE, Project Accounting), Hyperion Planning, Essbase, Tableau, SQL, Python, or R-Studio is desirable but not mandatory.

- Comfortable working with large datasets and translating them into actionable financial and business insights in a fast-paced, matrixed global environment.
- Capable of independent ownership of complex financial challenges with minimal guidance and skilled in producing concise executive-level reports.
- Experienced in supporting multi-disciplinary teams and senior leaders through strategic financial analysis, forecasting, variance analysis, and spend management.
